1. Gift voucher is not valid after the expiry date.

2. Gift voucher is not valid for use unless signed by authorized signatory.

3. Gift voucher is applicable to all Ala-carte Treatment.

4. Gift voucher is valid with minimum purchase of RM150 per invoice.

5. Gift voucher cannot be accumulated.

6. Gift voucher is not transferable.

7. Not valid with other ongoing promotions.

8. Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or use as any form of legal tender.

9. Customer need to pay the difference in price if price of purchase item exceeding value of gift voucher. No refund shall be given if price of purchase item is less than the value of gift voucher

10. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this gift voucher without prior notice.

11. Legal action will be taken against any duplication or unauthorized printing of gift voucher.
